The Online Players Associations' Customer Excellence Awards 2004

It's that time of Year when we like to give a pat on the back to all the outstanding casinos that have surpassed even our stringent high standards. The Online Players Associations "2004 Customer Excellence Award" is given to casinos that have had NO player disputes filed with the OPA against them in 2004.

We receive on average 19 disputes per week, (however it has to be said the majority of these are for non OPA Approved casinos) with this in mind it is a noble achievement for a casino to have such a first class customer support and in-house management structure that they are able to rectify any problem a player may have experienced immediately and in such a way there was no need to seek our player dispute resolution service.

We see many casino awards on the Internet these days, but alas they are usually acquired by "paid for votes" or can sometimes be based on advertising revenue The Online Players Associations' "Customer Excellence Awards" are based on disputes received and nothing more, thus ensuring only the best casinos are given this award.

We are proud that so many of our Approved Casinos achieved this remarkable level of customer service, which is further proof that Online Players Association approved casinos really are the "cream of the crop"

To ensure fair play and keep the integrity of the award any disputes that turned out to be fraudulent ( yes we occasionally get a few of them) or those submitted with malicious intent do not count as a valid dispute.
